“Quiet and friendly staff”

“The whole hotel was dirty. When we got there, my husband used the main bathroom. The toilet seat was ripped off, the trash can was full & it was dirty. The elevator had drops of fresh half & half in the ground ”

“The front desk staff required a 100 dollar deposit at check in. Our first room the deadbolt didn't work, which the front desk thought wasn't important. Then our second room all the lights didn't work and the shower was busted and sprayed water everywhere. Our third room the floor was torn up and in bad condition. The front desk were rude during our room change requests. The hot tube also did not work.”

We stood at counter several minutes and no one came from the back room or any where to check us in. After we were obviously confused & verbalized it between the two of us as what to do in this hotel with no visible employees, did the two ppl from popcorn machine come to the counter & started to check us in! “I got a smoking room; smelled horrible! Myself I'm a smoker, had some decency to spray the room or have air freshners set out. And the cover had a cigarette burn in it.”

“As soon I talked with the desk person when I came in, I knew I was at home. Very personal. Made me feel easy, comfortable.”

“This was the third time I have stayed here. I love the location because it is close to where my daughter lives. Also the hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast is a plus because you can do a grab and run.”

“The breakfast was good. I liked the waffle maker. The room could have been cleaner but it was comfy and the right price. The pool was nice and cool. Very relaxing after walking around downtown Columbus all day. Wish there was a hot tub. I'd give 5 stars if there was a hot tub. ”
