“Pros: Good location, clean, friendly staff, easy check in and out Cons: Could definitely use some upgrades, hole in comforter, stains on towels, even though the room was very clean it still felt kinda dirty and grungy because its older, bed is comfortable but very loud when you move around, very thin walls - could hear other conversations and someone's alarm going off each morning. “Great trip! Just found the pool area quite cold!”

“Room was not too bad for the price. There was some kind of dead bug on one bed when I pulled back the sheets. They only gave minimum towels. Older and a bit run down but in all not terrible and okay for the price compared with much more expensive hotels in the area. ”

“I loved everything about this place and hope to return. I did not have breakfast here, bc that's not an important ammenity for me. But every other thing i want in a hotel is here. Clean, dark windows, quiet, great layout, smelled good, great staff, great shower, amazing bed wth perfect pillows. Little bar for a night cap. Well lit large free parking lot. Fitness area. Fluffy towels. Late check out. Perfect. Thank you for the excellent service. ”

“We arrived two hours past check in time and our room wasn’t ready. We were told 10-15 more minutes so we left to get dinner. An hour later we came back and were told 10-15 minutes more. We had an event we had to leave for so we were not able to get in our room or drop off our luggage before leaving for the event, which was the point of stopping at the hotel first. “Room was smelling really bad, walls' paint in the room is pealing off, sink in the restroom had been broken, I had to remove the drain plug from the sink with my fingers, it wasn't attached to anything and just there to prevent water from draining. Morning was frustrating for the stuff because kitchen wasn't working, no breakfast was available. ”

“The floor in the room I had was not at all flat. It was all slanted and they have part of the bed propped up on a 4x4 piece of wood to make it more even. There were huge lumps in the ground all over the room even in the bathroom and the shower. The lobby had very dirty floors as well”

“It was a place to rest our heads, the room could have been cleaner and the place could use some updating- do not expect much. No amenities but close (15~ mins) to downtown Columbus. ”
