“The room, including the kitchen, was clean and well maintained. Although we initially experienced a language barrier with the staff, they were attentive and resolved the situation promptly. The hotel offers a variety of excellent amenities, though we did not have the opportunity to use them during our stay.
We did encounter a minor issue with the shower, which we discussed with management. Aside from that, our stay was peaceful, comfortable, and restful. Overall, we had a pleasant experience...

“The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.”

“I booked this hotel because it was advertised as a luxury property, but unfortunately it didn't live up to that description.
The biggest issue was parking. The garage next to the hotel was closed during our stay, leaving guests with limited options: paid valet, an open lot across the street that didn't feel especially secure, or another parking garage about a block and a half away. That wasn't communicated clearly ahead of time and made arriving much more frustrating than expected.

“A nice basic place to stay when you only need a comfortable bed & hot shower. I appreciated the refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave. The staff was friendly. They have a good assortment of quick breakfast items (not just coffee) in the lobby, but it's only available until 9:30am which is too early for me. I wish it was available until 11am. I was traveling solo and I felt very safe.”

“After checking in to two rooms, we found that our rooms were not clean. There was debris around the edges of the floor which I could have overlooked. One room had a foul odor while the other room had something caked on the carpet and something all over the wall. We reserved rooms at a different hotel and did not stay here.”
