“Not as per my expectations and Hyatt name. Staff was slow and very incompetent.
1. Their wifi went down in my work hours and they didn’t show any urgency in fixing it.
2. Housekeeping didn’t show up even after my 4-5 times calling them. Then the other crew shows up in middle of my work meeting when first crew already had done it. Such annoying irresponsible staff.
3. The lady during breakfast buffet asked for extra charge even when I had selected a room including the breakfast.
