“On the last day, I found a bat in my room when I got up to use the bathroom at 5:30 a.m., and it gave me a terrible scare. Also, I asked the front desk for help calling and arranging a taxi for my return trip to the airport, but they told me they could not assist me with that.”

“Has a peloton bike but it’s pretty beat up. Free self parking, rare in Vail. Room needed a facelift. Spa in the hotel was nice.”

“The person at the desk in the lobby was able to hold my cold packs in a freezer overnight for me. Thought that was really nice. Got a bottle of some lovely wine with my room. It’s where I stay anytime I’m in Vail for a reason. All this plus hot tub u see the stars at night. I mean come one. Definitely recommend.”

“Room was nice, bed was comfortable. This is an older hotel that was very charming. Nice restaurants within walking distance and close to the Alpine Gardens. The staff was extra friendly and kind, and offered us an upgrade as the balcony room was available. There are nice walking and biking paths right behind the property. A parking lot is conveniently located across the street. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Great location, right in Vail Village, albeit a bit noisy. Room was spacious and clean with great storage for personal items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Hard boiled eggs, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc. Guests across the hall from us had a very barky dog that we could hear at all hours. There’s no soundproofing in the windows or walls. The ‘fitness center’ was awful. Fortunately, the weather was nice and we were able to get our exercise outside....
