“House was perfect for our family of four. One note is that the house doesn’t have AC which was a challenge initially because it was hot but property manager was very responsive and had fans delivered which helped a lot. Located on a public golf course so lots of people walking dogs early and late on the course which was kind of fun.”

“There was some mold in the washing machine, some dirty socks laying around, and we found a used condom wrapper under our 12 year old son’s bed. Coffee machine didn’t work. Also, if you set the thermostat to 70, it’s 60 downstairs and 80 upstairs.”

“The sheets were not on the bed upon arrival, which was a little odd. We would have preferred the bed to have been ready since we arrived after 8pm and were pretty tired. Everything else was great. ”
