“Great place, love the gardens. Nice pol and hot tub. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet property. Carriage House was large and spacious. Numerous light bulbs out but other than that, great stay.”

“Loved the quiet and peaceful location. It was about 25 minutes from Kyle Field. The room was nice and cozy with a comfortable bed. There was a pullout cot that was perfect for our teenager. Keith was a great host. We appreciate the wonderful breakfast!”

Everything was so clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together—it truly felt like a little home away from home. Check-in was completely seamless, which made arriving stress-free and easy. And the biscuits delivered to the room? SO good and such a special touch 🤍
If you’re planning a trip to Round Top, I couldn’t recommend this spot more. Perfect mix of comfort and charm!”
