“We honestly had a sub-par stay but the customer service was amazing! The hotel had us in a room that had an issue with the fridge. The odor got bad enough after a few days that we couldn’t continue. They moved our room, and discounted our stay due to some damage to our food stuffs and clothing. I have to say I was very pleased with the management and would give them another chance even with a less than perfect experience.”

“My wife and I came to Waco on a little 3-day getaway. This hotel was great. Rooms were nice and very clean. The pool was a little on the smaller side, but the pool area was well kept. Had a great little bar in the lobby that was fun to enjoy at the end of the day. The best thing was probably its location. It is right in downtown Waco. Walking distance to Magnolia, Terry Blacks BBQ, Dr Pepper Museum, etc. There is a Salvation Army next door that has people in need visiting it and the train runs...
