“Property is well maintained and very clean. Great for the price. Area is ok. Many restaurants and Starbucks very close by. Staff was very friendly. Pool looks nice but we didn’t use it. Breakfast had the usuals (waffles, eggs, sausage, b&g, toast, pasteries, fruit etc). Would stay again.”

“They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay.”

“The rooms were dirty and smelled of sweat or body order. There was always a smell of cigarettes and Marijuana the halls and in the rooms we kept the windows open the whole stay so that we could get fresh air. There was trash bags in the hallway on the 3rd floor and chairs in the stairwell. The elevator was dirty and they had boxes stacked right by the entrance/exit. We did not try the breakfast because we didn't feel comfortable based on the cleanliness of the rooms. All of the towels were so...

“Absolutely disgusting, batteries even in the fire alarm didnt work. Paint peeling, dead smashed bugs on the wall, weed smoked all over the 3rd floor, it was basically a trap hotel.”

“Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. Pool was closed for the season, which is why we chose this hotel with no notices anywhere to guests other than on the pool. Informed staff of room issues and none were addressed. Would not...

“Everything about our stay was great!!! Front desk was awesome! Rooms were huge! Beds were the best we have had at any hotel. But.... unfortunately the breakfast staff was rude!!! Mean mugging guests, never saying excuse me, never speaking. They act like they disliked their job honestly.”

“It looks as if the property is undergoing a renovation. But it was still worthy of the stay. The renovation was not disruptive, or unsightly. Lots of parking close to a lot of different restaurants. Not far off the interstate as well. Would definitely book there again. ”
