“When I arrived, the desk clerk asked if I had been notified about the rate increase. Of course, I had not been notified. The rate was double what I thought I would be paying when I booked it. It was about 7 pm by then, so I was stuck. Not happy about this at all. I booked here because of the rate. ”

“Evitatelo! Noi ci siamo capitati per caso perché non trovavamo niente di libero. Aperto Expedia e prenotato il primo hotel disponibile. Zona malfamata con brutti giri, la stanza lasciamo perdere.. vecchia con mobili rotti, capelli ovunque, lenzuola e teli macchiati. Avessimo speso 40€ posso capire, ma ne abbiamo spesi ben 150€!! ”

“The room was spacious. Good sized mini fridge. Heater/AC quiet. Close to ihop, Taco Bell, Carls Jr. Room 144 was close to the office and we are 2 senior working women traveling. Cheap hotel compared to others in late January beginning of peak season in Phoenix. Parking is brightly lit at night. Downside, bathroom fan was deafening loud. Towels are pretty ratty.
