“Easy stay! Clean and friendly”

“My door was broken so I became stuck inside the room with my family. Using all my force I was able to rip the door open and inform the staff. The staff was very friendly and apologetic but we still had to use the room for the night. Returning to the room at night, we were stuck outside as the door required me slamming my body into the door multiple times to get it open. They called a maintenance guy the next morning but we were given a new room. The new room had some stains on the bed skirt and...

“This is location fit our large group’s needs very well, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was warm and friendly, the location is ideal if you are there for the APT experience and the Mexican Restaraunt was delicious. The walls were a bit thin but we managed just fine. We will definitely plan our next trip with this place in mind.”

“The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts.”

“One of the main reasons I reserved a room here is because of the pool. When the pool is closed it should be noted before you make a reservation. The grandkids were not happy, also the bathroom needs work.”

“Property was fine! I stayed for work, was quiet. Continental breakfast was okay, not a lot of options, but got my day going. The AC in my room was working its butt off, but the room was humid and musty despite my cooling efforts. Staff was pleasant and helpful all around. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had good pressure. No room service/housekeeping, which I was informed of at check in, and thank goodness because I was able to anticipate my needs and restock toilet paper as needed.”

“Room was clean and comfortable but a bit Spartan. Shower, AC, refrigerator, microwave worked fine. Lighting was depressingly dim and inadequate. Wi-Fi was worse than inadequate, painfully slow and kept cutting out. I stayed 3 nights but the fourth night I had a zoom meeting so I bailed and moved to a different motel down the road.”

“This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was difficult to find due to a lack of adequate signage, there was a person smoking right outside the front door and yelling at her phone. This created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. A loud, continuously barking dog only added to the negative atmosphere. Although the innkeeper was polite, ongoing problems with the reservation system reflected poorly on the property’s management and organization....
