“The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.”

“La camera era enorme, oltre al letto king c'era un divano, un tavolo con 4 sedie, una cassettiera con frigo, microonde e TV. La camera era un po' polverosa, con una (piccola) ragnatela sul lampadario, il bagno pulito. Parcheggio comodo, zona ben servita”

“This hotel was very different than what i have ever stayed in. The room was small and reminded me of a college dorm room yet modern. The layout of the room was not well thought out either.”

“Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Since there was a sign on the bathroom mirror indicating it would be cleaned every other day we were surprised when it wasn't done. We asked why it wasn't clean and were told we needed to request that service. After pushing the issue, we were then told that we had a do not disturb sign on our door which wasn't true. ”

“Great front desk staff upon arrive, check out and the shuttle. The location and free shuttle service to the airport was why I chose this hotel. My family has stayed there in the past. My expereince was not great. I HATE smell of marijuana throughout the hallways.yuck!! The rug in my room was awful. It had two distinct "wrinkles" perpindicular to each other that posed a significant tripping risk. The room felt "dirty", but the bathroom,sink area dn the microwave/fridge cart were very clean. “Just awful. The staff was friendly, but overloaded. Sheets were gross and had cigarette burns. The room smelt terrible.”

“Barley any employees around. It’s a virtual check in so you’re not talking face to face in person. It’s face to face with a computer. The room itself was clean and fine for one night. The property is sketchy. ”
