Hotel a Walker

“We had reserved for 2 queens and ended up receiving one king which didn’t matter BUT not what I had reserved for. There was no housekeeping while we were there for 3 nights either so we had to ask for dirty towels to be removed and garbage removed. I felt it had gone down in quality since our past previous stays there.”

“Friendly and professional staff, older property but very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the pet friendliness and reasonable add on charge for that service. The hotel stuck me as a family owned small business, with clear pride of ownership. Would stay again no question. ”

“The staff needs to wear proper attire, the front desk person was not wearing any under clothing with a white t-shirt, she appeared to just get out of bed. There was a smell of marijuana at the front entrance.”

“We only spent one nite there for my kids school event. But I would have to say the room was nice. I had a king size bed and a jacuzzi in the room and my younger one just loved it. ”

“There was a really bad smell, I’m assuming the carpet throughout the entire building. The towels were really dingy & dirty looking & I guess they were supposed to bed clean. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I won’t ever go back.”

“Stayed here recently and had a decent overall experience. The hotel was clean, which is always a top priority for me, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the common areas were generally well-kept. That said, the property is clearly showing its age. The rooms and facilities could really use some updates; things like worn furniture, dated decor, and minor maintenance issues (loose fixtures, weak water pressure, older appliances) stood out....

“When I checked in for 2 rooms I made sure that pets were only allowed on the first floor. We were on the third floor and a dog barked and growled all night on our floor. There was also an overwhelming constant smell of pot throughout the hotel. We will not be staying there again.”

“Breakfast was not very good. Runny scrambled eggs, bacon not crisp, biscuit with sausage not appetizing, frozen Belgium waffles tough and hard.”
