“Breakfast was minimal and staff was slow to replace items that had been eaten. The room was clean and spacious, and the AC performed well. (The room was 88 when I arrived and cooled down to 72 within the hour.) This would be a solid 4 if the staff were available as needed.”

“The ice machine downstairs was broken, so you had to take an elevator of dubious origin to the 3rd floor for ice. Further, no sundries shop. Just a couple of vending machines with warm Pepsi products.”

“There was much to be desired. The area of town was not a nice one. The construction was disruptive. The tub didn’t drain when I took a shower. Overall a pretty creepy experience and not worth the hefty price I paid for it.”

“First room 115 had wet carpet and odor when front desk told came to room and tried to stay it wasn’t wet then other person said it was wet requested a different room moved to 2nd floor better dry floor smelled better. The breakfast was not good only thing good was cereal and that’s if you use your own milk theirs was in a gallon jug in cooler that everyone used. 1st day biscuits were so dry they crumbled and gravy stuck to bottom of the crock pot. tried them 2nd day were softer but gravy was...

“Everything was very nice. Enjoyed the stay. Best part was they have Oikos Greek Yogurt. Most other places have the sugary stuff that I won't eat.”

“I would not recommend nor stay at it again. The bed was a cheap foam mattress with no support beneath. Furniture was sparce and worn out. Probably got from a garage sale. Facility was badly in need of refreshing. I had to have staff for a chair. Breakfast was cold and uncreative. I'm beginning to think about not ever booking at a Hampton Inn again. They are falling apart.”

“Air conditioning was very odd. You couldn’t just set it to cold. If the temp got below the temp set, the heat would turn on instead of just turning the air off. So the room was constantly changing between warm and cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Hotel was overall very nice. Would stay again.”
