Hotel vicino a Waller Family Farm - Raleigh

“Pictures of hotel show hot tub and heated pool. There was NO hot tub and the pool.eas ice cold. The breakfast food was like warm at best”

“The free breakfast was decent. Hot eggs, bacon, turkey sausage. Can make your own waffles. Bagels, yogurt, etc. The food was fine for what it is. The room was clean. Our first room had a nonfunctional A/C unit. We switched and the other room had no issues. Did not use other parts of hotel. Good location. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance.”

“Good location, not what was close by, but not far from places in Durham. Weird to charge for parking.”

“Out of in room Nespresso coffee pods throughout entire stay. Entire floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Fire alarm was going off throughout evening /night. Will not stay here again. ”

“Did not like the fact that my room had a sliding glass door that opened straight to the back yard, very unsafe for a woman traveling alone. Also was under the impression a free breakfast was included with the reservation, which I was denied at the bistro. The attendee could not make change for a $20 bill and the credit card machine wasn't working. I left hungry because I'd already checked out of my single nights stay. The lady at the register at least took pity on me and gave me a free cup of...

“Both Expedia and the hotel were awful customer service wise. My reservation was fully processed by the app, but the hotel said they couldn't find me in their system. After about an hour of asking for help by both avenues. I gave up and left for my event that we were now late for. I ended up having to find a totally different hotel at midnight.”

“The staff were nice and our stay was fine overall. Two things require improvements: 1) the hallways frequently smelled very bad. 2) It’s impossible to relax in outdoor areas if other guests are allowed to play videos or music (loudly) on speaker. I would suggest putting up clear signs that having one’s phone on speaker in common areas is not allowed and actually enforcing it.”
