The space
Enjoy the completely renovated 1940s colonial with a relaxing front porch and backyard complete with a beautiful garden and grill.
Guest access
Enjoy use of the entire 1st and 2nd floors, which includes a large dining room, kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, patio, and backyard with grill.

Cook your meals or a quick snack in the spacious kitchen. Enjoy your food in the dining room. Sit at the patio in the back yard.
Other things to note
- No unregistered guests allowed on the property. There is a 12-guest maximum to rent the Villa. The additional guest fee is $50 with a 3 additional guest maximum.
- The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars. Additional parking is available on the street.
- Only one vehicle per room is allowed on the premises.
- No children under 12.
- No Pets allowed.
- No Smoking/Chew allowed including vaping or e-cigs within the home. Violators will be asked to leave.
- RVS/UHAULS are Not Allowed.
- As with any shared home, there is potential for some noise made by other guests. I provide white noise machines in each room for your convenience.
- This is a two-story colonial. There are four steps to come up in the front of the house and one flight of stairs for second-floor guests to navigate.
