I have a few things that are important to me when I am “out of my element” cleanliness, tv works, and the bathroom lighting…sounds weird I know, but as a 51yo woman that actually wears very little makeup, sometimes the lights in the bathroom are horrible!! “Nice hotel, clean rooms and good breakfast. The fitness center could use a bit of an upgrade as the treadmill worked but not all of the buttons were functional. This is a good hotel option for a short stay in the Bowling Green area.”

“My stay was three days long and I never received a working room key, I had to get let in by the staff. They were nice and tried hard, but could not make it happen. The microwave didn’t work in the bare kitchen. The only breakfast that was left early in the morning was a couple dried up pieces of egg (which could not be microwaved) and nothing more. The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it was so close to Toledo express Airport. Lesson learned.”

“I prepaid for this room; upon checkin they asked for a card; and without telling me hit the card for $100 in case I smoked in the room; I'm a non smoker. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet and around the sinks and hot tub - apparently that money they took from me was to fix problems created by others. Never again will I allow that. Also, the hotel was under construction and it was very dangerous around the property.”

“Spa and swimming pool were closed for repair. It's really a decent price was really a great location needs better housekeeping such as cleaner (stained)towels. .very friendly helpful staff. Definitely would stay there again, but I would take my own towels.Yeah aloha”
