“Was terrible place to stay”

“I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, the bed and couch were visibly stained, and the entire property had a strong unpleasant smell. The furniture throughout the hotel looked broken, mismatched, and poorly maintained, giving the whole place a very run-down feel. The parking lot also felt unsafe, which added to the discomfort. After seeing the condition of the property, I chose not to stay and then had to fight just to get my money refunded. This was by far...

“The room was very clean. The shower was clean. I liked the design of the shower. The bed was comfortable. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. The lobby was dated and small. The woman who checked us in was very nice and offered us a bottled water. The set up of the lobby was uninviting, however, with glass between us and a small place to slide my ID. She had a little door to slide the water bottles through, which made it feel like it may be a shady, unsafe area. I would stay there again,...

“We had an outside room. The air conditioning was very loud along with the fan in the bathroom. The room was clean & large. Breakfast was fine, very clean at the breakfast area. I wish they offered coffee throughout the day. Overall a nice hotel with a friendly staff.”

“The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved that each room has its own garage to pull into. Between the amazing bed and jacuzzi tub, this was one of the most relaxing rooms we have stayed in. There is also a large walk in shower in the room. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely make the drive to come in the future. The only possible improvements I suggest would be flavored creamers for coffee in the morning and maybe fresh fruit in the basket you get for...

“Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend ”

We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there. “No breakfast buffet after being advertised as such. entrance doors were in this repair and locked lots of people hanging out in their vehicles around the doors two rooms away from mine were sealed by order of the police.”

“I travel often. The cleanliness of this facility was fabulous. Great variety on breakfast items and was always hot. Breakfast area was always clean. Professional staff from front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast server. I also use the fitness center. Was always stocked with Lysol wipes and towels. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I am in the area.”

“The room was clean and organized. The hotel was also conveniently located near the I-80 highway. It’s in a quiet and secluded area with easy access for travelers in the road. However, there isn’t a free breakfast and there are no microwaves in the room, so be aware before booking.”
