Hotel a Waterville

“Staff was great hotel was clean. It was just getting worn. It needs to be spruce up.”

“Room was very clean. Upon arrival in the wee hourswe were upgraded to a suite free of charge. All staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“If you want to try to connect your Netflix to the TV dont bother it doesnt work. If you get to breakfast past 8:00am expect the grab and go stuff to not be stocked (they were out of Nutella packets...chocolate milk...and yogurt).”

“We had an issue with our heat, but we're quickly moved to another room. It was located right where we needed to be. TU Hospital, so we will probably stay there again.”

“Took my wife for her birthday and she loved it. Take her back. It was amazing!!”

“The room was very large & spacious so that was nice. The beds were very comfy and soft! The only issues we had were the showers were not hot. The water got lukewarm at most so showers weren’t very enjoyable. Also the gym is on the third floor apparently so our room was underneath the gym, meaning all night long we heard huge thuds & pounding. (We called to complain & we were told it was the gym). Besides that, pretty decent stay.”

“Polite staff. Was quick checking in and also checking out. Everything was neat and clean. ( Besides a beer box that was left from previous traveler lol ) But it happens. Kids enjoyed the Pool. Overall tho, it was good stay! ”

“Room smelled of smoke. There were plastic knives stuck to the wall with some unidentifiable substance that was most similar to cream cheese. They did seem to be there intentionally, like a third grade art project. The shower and toilet were functional, and the beds kept us off the floor, so there’s that.”

“One step up from an abandoned building. Cracked walls and ceilings, the pool area looked like someone just threw a rager in it and everything was beyond filthy. ”

“This place was peaceful, affordable, and always helpful. Great amenities and support... make sure you get the breakfast early though. ”

“The room was decent but dated. Walls and headboard needed to be wiped down. The toilet needs to be replaced: it did not flush correctly and was entirely too low to the ground.”
