“No the tub didnt look clean and the tv is on thr verge of going out”

“The front desk staff were very welcoming. However, the room was in desperate need of repair. There were lightbulbs out, finish all chipped off of headboard, grout missing in the bathroom, old carpet... We only had 1/2 roll of TP when we arrived. There were no cups in the bathroom for toothbrushing. And they totally cheaped it out by providing 4 twin sized pillows for a king-sized bed. There was an exterior door by the pool area that was not locked. Anyone could enter the building from...

“Great staff, gave us a refund as the room was atrocious, greasy and smelled like urine. Police also arrived to pick up someone. Stay away unless you are of the element that stay there!”

“If you want to try to connect your Netflix to the TV dont bother it doesnt work. If you get to breakfast past 8:00am expect the grab and go stuff to not be stocked (they were out of Nutella packets...chocolate milk...and yogurt).”

Struttura molto grande sviluppata su un unico piano con molti ingressi per facilitare gli spostamenti e con ampia piscina coperta. “Bathroom dirty and kitchen dirty. When I went to complain about it because I paid for a clean place and told her about it as I also requested things to clean it, the worker had this response “oh my god”. She then walked off to get it. I went and clean the tub not to mentioned it had hair all over it and the sides of the tub was dirty. The toilet has crap stain at the bottom and then it’s dirty at the back of the toilet. Experience not nice at all after driving 4hrs to come here to relax. ”
