“We stay here every time we come to Ottawa. We love the clean rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor patio with lots of seating and a grill, it’s close to everything including grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Especially Starbucks just a few feet away!”

“I want to start with the good things Hotel was clean Bed was nice Breakfast VERY GOOD HOT TUBE not good. It barely have any water pressure. Disappointing. Over all, our stay was good”

“The breakfast was great. Room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. Both my partner and i woke up in pain from the bed. The front staff could havr been more informative as to times things close and when checkout is. She didnt give any information. ”

“The pool was closed, the bar was closed and they advertised a restaurant that was no longer there.”

“Card key continuously didn’t work even after being reprogrammed. Room next to us had a bunch of screaming kids even after 10pm. Nothing was open (arcade, cafe, water park, and bar lounge)”

“I stayed at this property last year en route back east after spending the winter in CO. When I was woken up early in the morning by chipping birds I remembered why I didnt ever want to stay here again. Come on propert owners - get rid of the birds and the garbage that needs to be brought to the dump! And please buy new Bed covers. The ones on the bed I slept in must have been used the past 10* years. It was disgusting. Sorry for this review but you have to know you need to step your game up!”

“Portable bathrooms were keep clean, other than that the grass was to long luckily we did not get ticks. I was not to happy with the place.”
