“Very good attitude by all the staff and presumably owners. Check in was super easy and the room was very nice and super clean. The breakfast was as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay”

“Great location, quiet, and roomy. Breakfast starts a bit late, if you plan on leaving in the morning like I did. And, there was not central heating, just a space heater and in wall heater. Would recommend for those who are crashing for the night and heading to Tahoe for skiing and snowboarding!”

“We had an unplanned 2-night stop here because the Donner pass was closed. Can't say enough about this place: very clean, a reasonably-priced and tasty breakfast and, to a person, a very cheerful and helpful staff that kept us informed of road conditions, local knowledge and did everything they could to help us make the best of things.”
