“This older hotel is in great need of a refresh. The carpets in the common areas were old, dirty and torn in places. Our room was OK, dated but comfortable beds. The havoc system is archaic, we couldn't get the heat to come on, so cold air was blasting all night, and the fan was very noisy. And the water in the shower was lukewarm even when it was turned all the way to the hottest setting. Good location, right on the highway, was very quiet. "We had a wonderful stay at the Enzian Inn. The hotel is very well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and great attention to detail. There are plenty of amenities for families, including a dedicated swimming pool, a well-equipped game room, movie nights with popcorn, and a lovely grass mini-golf course set in a beautifully maintained garden just across the street. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. In the evening, live piano music in the lobby creates a relaxing and welcoming setting, while complimentary coffee and tea are available to guests throughout the day, a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. A special mention has to go to the breakfast: it was truly excellent, with a great selection and very good quality. Without a doubt, the best breakfast we had during our three-week road trip. Overall, a welcoming and very well-run hotel with plenty of thoughtful touches that make the stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it, especially for families, and would happily stay here again."
