Resort e hotel con spa a West End

“This property needs serious updating from the rooms to dining experience . The major benefit to this hotel is the location . We were very disappointed in the dining and lack of quality options for a hotel this size . You could tell there was a staffing shortage with the long wait to get our bill . The food option was minimal and the quality of what was ordered was to be desired . The rooms although spacious was outdated. Our rooms had mold on the shower curtains, cracks in the bathroom walls...

“Yes for us beach view was excellent! My wife love it. From the 8th floor! The staff was unbelievable and willing to help in anyway needed. Sorry didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel ate it at I hop just a short walk.”
