I wish I could remember her name so I apologize but man she could lead the class on customer service and kindness. We loved our stay and will return when we can stay longer”

“Staff member Crockett was very helpful when I got turned around and could not find my way to the lobby. He escorted me there....going out of his way to be helpful. No free coffee after 8:30 a.m. was a bummer!”
