Motel a West End

“Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”

“One of the worst hotel stays ever. Have even tried contacting the Manager multiple times and he never returned my calls. Emailed the CEO and other upper management and still no response and it's been almost 2 weeks! The shower wouldn't drain so had to take a shower in 2 inches of water - front desk person said they would come to fix and never came. We came back from dinner and the tv didn't work - checked the cables in the back and they were all plugged in. Tried the remote and manually on...

“It was clean that’s a good thing. There was no breakfast and the little breakfast juice machine did not work. other than that, the baby was fine. The shower was fine and we slept well.”
