Motel a West End

“Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”

“Pool was green and dirty so we couldn’t swim, the refrigerator in the room had been leaking for a while and the floor was warped. We had four people in our room. They gave us three towels. We asked for another towel and they told us we couldn’t have one unless we brought dirty towels to them. Icemaker didn’t work. Floor felt gritty and dirty in the room.”

“I would not recommend this place; it was dirty, moldy and we had to leave the first night (we booked it for 3 nights) and the lady in the front stated we could not get our money back and that we had to go through Expedia.”

Leaking toilet supply line (was fixed later on first day), water dripping from ceiling during rains, gap under entry door an inch high that could allow insects entry, cold water shower, slow draining bathroom sink, parking was on the street and first come first serve, television connection failed multiple times. Shower tile work was amateurish with cracked and mostly missing grout, exposing edges to my sensitive feet. I don't mind that this is an older...

“It was nice and convenient to get around between Moses Lake and Galveston as well as Seabrook. Didn’t have any issues with parking however because it was Friday night, had to listen to kids screaming until about 1am”

“Rooms were dirty and nasty roaches running in the room when i.opened the door..addicts walking around. Blood in the seat.beds were dirty.”
