“Space was exactly as expected and pictured online. The host was quick and helpful with responses. Check in and check out were a breeze. Neighborhood was safe and a great space to stay for visiting the Stockyards and surrounding areas. The kitchen had all the gadgets we needed. This was the perfect space for 2 families of 4 (8 total) and we would stay here again! ”

“Perfect for someone that prefers a studio apartment style with kitchenette and dishes. Lots of restaurant selection and Walmart all within 5 minutes drive. Close to highway.”

“Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. You save a few dollars but the staff were unhelpful to the point of being antagonistic. The manager actually seemed to enjoy answering even the most reasonable request for accommodation with ‘sorry we can’t do that because of policy’ even if this meant he’d lose future business. Playing this kind of short nickle-and-diming game is ill advised when your hotel is seldom fully occupied.”

“We found two roaches in our room. We asked and were granted a late checkout the night before. The morning of, housekeeping and hotel other staff knocked and called, disturbing quiet time with our young children telling us it was past checkout. Late checkout was at noon. Housekeeping came at 10, the phone call and other knock came at 11.”

“Very non-maintained, staff was rude non-helpful and did not seem that they wanted to be there to check you in very short My room was on the fourth floor. The door would not close properly. You had to bang into it or slam it for it to shut and lock the room smelled like must an old wet carpet and towels very musty smelling it stinks”
