“I have limited mobility which staff was aware of. The key cards they gave me had to keep being replaced. Didn’t work for the pool or the room. It would work one time and then not the next. Them even when we got new cards it would show green but was still locked. I had to keep going to the front desk to replace the cards. “The bathroom needs to be clean thoroughly, because the makeup mirror is little bit sticky and dusty. And also the tissue paper box has someone’s hair in it. The room is a little bit cool during night , but the fan is on all the time. ”

“Everything was great except there was only one towel in the pool area and when we asked for more we were told they would bring more if they had them. We never got more. ”

“The hotel is going under renovations and the pictures on the Internet are not at all the same as the hotel. I felt it was abit over priced for a basic room especially during Reno’s The front desk staff were not very friendly when we checked The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was good with lots of choices. The coffe was the best we’ve had at a hotel buffet. ”

“Hotel was fine for a short stay. Make sure you tell the desk you want your room “refreshed” if you want the bed made, bathroom cleaned and fresh towels.”
