I booked two nights for two adults and two children from 12 to 14 September, advance payment, upon arriving at the hotel we were asked for a security deposit, the following morning we recommended the cleaning of the room and in the evening upon our return the room was not clean with towels not changed. I went down to ask for information about it and the man at the reception replied that he couldn't do...

“Although it wasn’t super big, the rooms were nice! The staff at the front desk was amazing. We had a rough trip and could only stay for a few hours but he was very accommodating and helped us get from the airport with there shuttle. Absolutely amazing service thank you”

“The house was perfect for our visit. The views of the lake was amazing, the house was very comfortable and we spend a few nights sitting around in the living room watching the snow. Yacine was so welcoming and accomodating to our last minute needs, and the place was perfrectly stocked with all the things we might need. Checkin was clear, simple and easy. Would stay again - maybe in the summer to enjoy the water!”
