“The staff are excellent, my husband and I came off a flight and we were so exhausted and left early however our scheduled early flight changed and we had to go back to the hotel which the girls at the front allowed us to stay with our same reservation and use the room till check out for our flight later. This really meant a lot to us as our entire journey was a horibble experience and they made it better for us!”
