“The sports bar in casino was great. Got a smoking room. Inexperienced check in lady blamed" third party " for giving us a smoking room and ranted a bit. Really, we would have preferred non but offer to spray it at least. Dont treat like I'm a problem for trying your property or asking politely if any non are available. “Fire alarm went off at 11pm, staff had no control of this but it was an eventful night, keeping our 4 month old up the remainder of the night, also we had gotten bed bugs from the location, woke up with little red dots all over us. Waiting for a call back from the manager in the morning.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the room cleanliness could use improvement. There was visible mold buildup around the shower door/corner area, which made the bathroom feel less clean than expected. Hoping they can address the maintenance issues because the service itself was great.”

“The hotel is fine, just not very clean. The linens in our first room were dirty and there was a large stain on the chair. We asked to change rooms and they did change it with no problem. We had a 3 night reservation and only stayed 1 night just because it was pretty dirty. We ended up staying at the Spring Hill suites around the corner for our remaining 2 nights. I will say the staff were very friendly.”

“Breakfast, pool, gym, and hot tub area was clean and maintained. Room was clean. Only 2 complaints, bathroom is so tiny. I stayed with my 2 boys and they are both 6ft, it was a struggle. Also, washer and dryer is available but they don't have quarters at the property or at any gas station/store near. Hopefully they get an ecteronic payment option soon or have quarters available. if your a travel sport parent. The washer and dry is a must.”

“The hotel is 5 min away from CVG Airport. 3 min away from the highway and 10 min from Hebron. It is well kept. It provides hot breakfast buffet with so many options to choose from.
Housekeeping was shorthanded. Meaning beds were not made but, towels and toiletries were changed on a daily basis.
Yolanda, the breakfast area server is very friendly and helpful.”
