Hotel con piscina a West San Antonio

“Very nice stay and clean hotel”

“Front staff was very nice and very polite and helpful”

“Workers were so sweet amazing for the price definitely will be back next time”

“Called ahead of time and the pool and hot tub were closed, only reason we had selected to go here for my wife’s birthday. Reserved a balcony room as well, come to find out they only have 3 and said they were already taken.”

“It's a good place to stay”

“Had an OK experience checking in, however, rooms were dirty and stained and humid, they also had no trash cans. One of the rooms had a giant mysterious stain by the headboard. TV in second room did not work, they kept my deposit for both rooms because we used one rag to take off white face paint. Would not recommend to anyone with little ones or dogs as I overheard the clerk and the manager thinking of ways to take another guest deposit because they had one in their room that they paid for.”

“The place had a old carpet smell to it, when we were putting lysol on the bed and pillows a spider came out. Wife is allergic to any spider/bug bite, so she opted to sleep in our vehicle ! Name of “Luxury” carries a implied sense of being very good, but this is totally opposite!”

“It was a great stay, room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of food options in walking distance. Only thing that I wish was better was the WiFi. And front desk lost my deposit, I have to wait for manager to see what happened.”

“The breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.”
