“My fiancé, brother, and i were suppose to stay for 5 nights because we saw the reviews were good. I'd say just stay for 1 night max. When we first walked in we weren't greeted which is fine but the lady's at the front DID not acknowledge us at all and we stood standing in front of them for a good 2 minutes, they were just talking to eachother. “room 308 shower was like a rocket launcher and lowkey flooded my bathroom but it was nice”

“There were cockroaches in the room, I called to let them know we had already killed four big roaches and they couldn’t change our room due to availability. The shower was clogged and they went to repair it and it remained clogged even after maintenance. They promised a credit and did not specify it had to be used in the hotel, lost half the credit given. I will not be returning. I paid over 1000 for two nights including extra fees. Not worth the money”

“Everyone that worked there was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty to choose from. The social hour snacks were also good plus three free adult beverages you can’t complain. The pool was clean & well maintained. My only problem was not really seating outside for smokers. Just give us an area away from the door with seating and we’re good. It really was a nice place to stay and like I said the staff was wonderful.”

“Room was quite, the restroom needs to be redone, the wall paper was bubbled up at the bottom, had stains on the upper part of the wall. No microwave , still don't know why. TV had 2 burn in marks on the screen. Parking is not included. Good thing 6min away from sea world.”
