“Clean. Comfortable room. 24 hrs coffee. Decent breakfast. Great staff”

“Perfect location if you are visiting Fiesta Texas. The only negative is all of the construction for I-10, which passes right by the hotel. But traffic is the issue, not noise, so it was manageable.”

“Great property. Close to shopping, dining, theme park. Our room A/C unit was loud, otherwise, great stay!”

“No hot water the morning we left, had to leave early so there was no chance for resolution. Bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived. Otherwise place was ok. Picked it because it was near the airport, so it more or less met expectations.”

“Struttura meravigliosa e centralissima con accesso diretto al riverwalk. Hall enorme e bellissima, personale gentilissimo ed efficiente. Check in é checkout rapidissimi. Camera enorme con varie stanze, pulitissime. Bagno perfetto. Letto enorme e comodo. Televisione con schermo enorme. Pulizia perfetta. Frigorifero in camera. Consigliato ”

“they took every amenities and even our snacks and water while we left the room, I don't think they were trying to clean the room because they said there is no room cleaning for the two days stay But anyway our private belongings are gone After we came back. Also one of the staff who has tattoo, she was extremely unkind, we ask her for a new towels but she didn't care about our notes at all, there was no any towel after we came back to hotel I wish I could give zero star for this hotel”

“The elevator was not functioning correctly. Everytime you wanted to get on it from the lobby you had to get a staff member to assist you. It would only go up to the third floor in a four story building. About midnight, it sounded like someone's kids were running rampant in the room above us. After about 30 minutes of this nonstop I called the front desk to complain. They informed me it was not guests in the room above us but staff members moving bedding in carts up the stairs from the third...

“Best resort for me being in the middle of the city without feeling like you're in the middle of the city. Honestly I almost never choose to go anywhere else anymore because this place has everything!”
