“This was our 5th year for our annual girls trip. We absolutely love it here. Everyone is so kind and happy to help. Resort is spotless. My only complaint was we asked for more towels for the pool area and were told we can only have 1 even though there were 50 folded towels available. If it’s a problem i have a solution.. get bigger towels!! Also, maybe have someone washing them throughout the day.”

“I really loved this place, beautifully decorated, staff was very friendly and attentive. Restaurants are all throughout, including breakfast/brunch and 2 restaurants, plenty of places to get a drink onsite as well as across the street on the river walk. There is a larger than “normal”deposit required for your stay, depending on the amount of days you stay. If it’s for a weekend it’s not bad, but think of $100-$150/night. “We were on the 11th floor with a riverwalk view. The hallway felt damp & had a milder musky odor. But the room had a strong musky/moldy/mildewy smell & felt damp. We asked to change rooms, same problem. We used a floor fan but it didn’t help. The ventilation system blew out musty/moldy/mildewy smell which could be detrimental to health, especially if a person is immunocompromised. From outside looking up, we could see steaks of mold going down the brick along several rooms, including ours....
