Hotel a West Shore

“The hotel was nice. The overnight staff was a little rude when we checked in at midnight. Our room was wrong and when we asked it to be corrected he was rude about it. The rest of the staff the next morning were very friendly. The room Was clean and spacious. The bed was uncomfortable but the sheets were so soft! I would buy them for home!!!”

“We stayed here for a wedding. We had a two year old with us. They do not have cribs or pack n plays available. We were on the third floor. There is no elevator so we had to climb up and down the stairs with all the kids and luggage. It was very inconvenient. The pillows were small, square pillows and not a normal size for a queen size bed. The stove burners were all uneven, which made it difficult to cook on. “There is a bar and food in the restaurant in for the evening, 5pm - 10pm. There is a limited pay as you go breakfast where regular coffee is free. Not a showstopper where the staff is very friendly and the establishment is clean and well maintained.”

“Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!”

“Enjoyed my stay - I’ve stayed before and I’ll stay again. Quiet area within walking distance of several restaurants. Room had everything I needed. 24/7 coffee in the lobby made up for no coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast was really good.”

“Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. ”

“This was a more basic Country Inn and Suites. Simple breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice looking pool however we didn’t swim so not sure if it was warm or not. Nothing fancy. A bit high priced for what it is.”
