“The room was very clean but the shower had an ingrained floor, a broken tile on the shower step and broken grouting around skirting. The steam room hinges were so rusty that I was surprised they still held the door on and the jacuzzi was mostly peeled paint would not have liked to use it. The childrens play area consisted of one very worn swing and a dilapitated play shoe. The games had one worn pool table. This was for the use of 50 rooms. Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in. Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo. “Building site, semi naked men drinking and lighting bonfires in the car park, litter everywhere! After waiting nearly 2hrs in 30° heat to get in our room, we booked elsewhere”

“The bedding and towels were lovely and clean, couldn't fault. The shower tray left a lot to be desired, along with the shower mat and windowsill. There was no way of opening/closing the windows as they were too high. The same with the curtains. A long bamboo rod attached to the top could help with opening/closing? Staff? Hardley saw a soul in the 4 days I was there. The breakfast was sufficient for what I needed.”
