“Family run hotel. Owners were very friendly and gave us a room upgrade at now additional cost. Breakfasts were fantastic and in a great location for getting around the island. Recommended.”

“Very nice converted country house.
No lifts.
Staff very amenable.
Good breakfast and simple good food in restaurant.
Room was clean and well appointed, could do with a fridge, shower was excellent.
Hotel can get noisy at weekends if and when they have weddings and parties.”

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Suite mit zwei getrennten Zimmern. Das Mobiliar ist eher Antik, aber in Ordnung. Ein schönes, großes Bad. Einziger Nachteil man hört die Straße sehr laut, wenn man nach vorne raus wohnt.
Alle Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich das Frühstück war toll.”

“Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed.”
