“Never stay here in the summer! A lovely hotel with a great spa but sadly the staff were not interested. Our room (6) was boiling hot, far hotter than 2 other hotel rooms we have slept in over this May 26 heatwave. When we raised this at check in and explained that we would not be able to sleep in the room we were given a spare fan that simply moved the hot are around. “I didn't like it at all because you can't even use the grill. On the website it says hot tub is included but it's not like that. You only get a message after booking if you want a hot tub you have to pay extra. My opinion is that this should be attached to the website.”

Accommodation was very clean and well stocked with everything and lovely little touches. Host was so accommodating and very helpful. Will definitely be back and would recommend. ”
