“Lovely apartment in a perfect location. We fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the sea. Great beach for swimming and a couple of good restaurants in 2 minutes walk. Very helpful host. We will be returning.”

“Was a gorgeous place to stay with beautiful views of the hotel and from the hotel. Lovely grounds outside the hotel for walking, your doggy or dogs and lovely walks around shortpark of a few minutes to Sandown Beach and lovely shops around thoroughly. Enjoyed my stay. Great food and great breakfast they served and would recommend to anyone. Will be staying again soon”

“Modern good sized apartment close to high street and quays. Only downside you have to park in a multi storey. So cost £10 over night so would be tricky if staying more than one night which we were.”

“Great hotel for solo traveller - room was compact but perfectly adequate and very clean. Single bed was comfortable. The fan was an added bonus. The pool was good and the outdoor pool next door a great addition. 10 - 15 minute walk from the town centre. All for £65 - definitely recommended.”

“Wonderful Family Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic two-night family break at the Cumberland Hotel. We booked a family room with a king-size bed and bunk beds, and used Tesco Clubcard points which was a great bonus. We arrived just before check-in, easily found parking, and were warmly welcomed.
