“Fern Cottage was the perfect NY holiday. Certainly one of the best holiday cottages we've ever stayed in. The Customer Service was exceptional - we've never received such an amazing welcome pack. Lovely house, super comfy beds. We particularly loved sitting in the conservatory enjoying the mountain views. Will definitely use Keswick Cottages again - very impressed.”

Having two bathrooms (plus an additional toilet!) was great.The furnishings and decor were lovely, giving the house a cosy, welcoming feel. “Bungalow has amazing views from lounge and kitchen. Lovely kitchen with plenty of storage space and bonus having dishwasher. Super comfy bed in the main bedroom and great to have plenty, practical furniture such as wardrobe and draws and not just a few hangers and shelves. As in previous reviews the settee is uncomfortable especially sitting for long periods of time. “This was a very cozy spot. Much smaller than we expected but we were out most of the day. We had no place to sit except the bed. We needed toilet and towels and it took over 10 hours to get a toilet response. Other than that it was great. ”
