“The room was not serviced on two days out of four - the reason given was that the housekeeper did not work those days.
The restaurant was closed for evening meals at short notice.
The entrance door was closed and locked early in the evening and my keys did not work on occasions.”

“All staff were lovely, food excellent, disappointed in seeing the use of paper serviettes at the table. Bedroom was ok, clean but old and needs updating especially the bathroom. Obviously didn’t spoil our stay.
Parking great.”

“Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. Location is very good. Swimming Pool was excellent. Overall room was very good but could maybe do with improvements in the ensuite bathroom”
