“WE LOVE THE GRAND SIERRA RESORT. Our issue this trip was the noise from band until 10:30 at night. Also, the alarm went off at 5 a.m. we evacuated. As we are evacuating we asked the staff what is happening, is it a fake alarm. THE STAFF HAD NO CLUE. This is very dangerous not just for guest but your staff. A lady had a newborn baby and was terrified. I was too for her especially. Please make sure everyone is aware of the fire alarm evacuation rules. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay....

“Pillows were too firm. A/C unit kept waking me up. View was to the indoor pool.
Room was spacious. Poor lighting especially for an interior room with no natural light.
Bathroom was small but clean. No in room safe.
For a “resort” property I expect 24/7 eatery or room service.
This is just a casino with hotel. It is not a resort.
The Steakhouse was pretty good.
Casino reeks of smoke.
Staff was friendly and obviously a lot of regulars.
I was just breaking up a long drive.

“The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...
