Hotel economici a Westside

“Great stay as usual. Staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and nutritious. We travel to Houston often to MD Anderson. We will be back ! This is our favorite hotel. The only problem was navigating the Tv remote.”

“For a newer property I was disappointed. The bathroom fans was never installed. The bathtub did not drain until a worker arrived to remove the clogged drain. He should have checked the sink too because it hardly drained. The building itself lost power for several hours so our dark room had no air conditioning for that time. Not one employee offered an apology, sad.”

“Breakfast was the best part, Pool floor super slippery, mosquitoes in every corner, mildew in suite shower, hair on toilet seat, most UNCOMFORTABLE couch bed I’ve ever slept on. Pizza was burnt. Irma made good drinks at happy hour! Tv had a weird blue tint.”

“The room was incredibly musty smelling, causing all of my clothes and belongings to smell musty. The bed was incredibly hard. The staff were really nice though.”

“There's no sign to indicate the facility is a hotel. Upon arrival to the room, there was no towels and the telephone didn't work to contact the front desk for towels. Walked down to request towels and I was told I had to wait until after 6:00 pm for towels even though check-in was at 2:00pm. No coffee, cups or utensils to make coffee. Will never use a third party for a unknown site again! I DID NOT ENJOY MY STAY!!!!!”

“So last night I was in room 308 and across from me was room 309 and when I tell you they were absolutely terrible ppl I mean several people complained to management about the noise now the manager did handle the situation and apologized but I felt really sad for the kids ”
