“Everything about this hotel is just so cool. How everything is set up and the colours. This hotel has such an eccentric, laid back yet unique vibe. It’s hard to describe in words because you’ll just have to see for yourself and you might know what I mean! I love the couches and public spaces to chill and read a book or spend time with the Lord. “Great option for my daughter and I because of the convenience to shopping and parking. I had to ask for my benefits this time, but they didn’t give me the $20 credit this time. And last time I was told I had a credit, but I was charged anyway. I requested a refund but never received it until i requested again on my next stay there. ”

“This is my first time staying at the Zaza location. I’ve stayed in the medical district and at the one in Dallas and I think I’ve even visited the one in Austin for brunch once. This was my first time in Memorial city Zaza. Oh my goodness! I wasn’t told that I was being upgraded and wow what a wonderful surprise! I was given the beach suite and it was so beautiful! Will definitely come back.”
