“Soggiorno estremamente piacevole, purtroppo di un giorno solo. Essendo un pub piuttosto animato, ne abbiamo approfittato anche per un'ottima cena.”

Decent-sized, comfortable room, the beer 'proper' Yorkshire, and the food was excellent throughout – we could have eaten almost amything on the quite extensive menu. “This is a beautiful hotel in all aspects! The breakfast was the nicest hotel I have had in a long while and I travel alot!! Perfectly situated for the coast, we visited Scarborough, Robin Hoods Bay and whitby; and for York and Harrogate. Would definately stay here again if we find ourselves in that part of the country again!!”

“The Black Swan in the centre if Helmsley is ideal for visiting the local area,comfortable clean and well appointed. Staff helpful and pleasant. The menus for dinner and breakfast were excellent, served fresh and hot. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider booking the hotel again in future.”
