“This was a pleasant surprise, I loved this hotel. We came in to catch a ball game and was so impressed at the convince of the is hotel. It’s modern and clean and cute! It’s close to the ball park only a short walk and the bed and shower are great! It was one of the best night sleeps I had on our trip. I’m going to look for IHG hotels in the future. ”

“Excellent place to stay right off the interstate!!! Easy in and out of the property. Not far from Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden, Kings Island/Soak City and The Great American Ballpark!!!! We had an excellent family getaway!! We will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend this Hotel!!!!”

“Very upset!! Was told to just call for our shuttle pick up from airport. Called for over an hour and had to spend additional $30 on Uber.when arrived back at desk nobody to be found even has people waiting to check in. Want a refund!!”

“Friendly staff, modern beautiful rooms and lobby, free bottled water upon check in, free coffee, fruit and muffins early in morning before free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes 24 hr day. Nice market pantry with microwaveable quick meals and fresh salads for purchase along with beer/wine/sodas/water to take to your room. Lobby bistro opens at 6am. Perfect location close to CVG airport. Would stay again!”

"Wonderful and polite staff! Amazing welcoming at the reception and available for any question or concern.
Rooms clean and well equipped! Brand new and very spacious. Valet always available! The service was amazing.
If I'll be back in Cincinnati, I will for sure book again this place.
