“The place was filthy. No place for my dog to potty. There was filth in the bathroom especially. The parking area was good. I repeatedly asked the staff to clean my room. When I arrived I entered the elevator and the door had bad stuff on the door. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Ever. I spent two nights out of the five that were booked. The television channels didn’t include any major networks or any local news. Overall, it was the worse two nights I have...

“Hotel is brand new. Room very nice. Friendly staff. Good location. Didn’t feel you could walk to any place nearby. ”

“Towel rack fell off the wall just as i touched it. Room was large. I did not use any of the amenities, I just stayed the night and left the next morning. Breakfast was not special but it was ok.”

“They appear to do well with security due to being next to a trucker stop. But its so outdated, bugs in the common areas”

“This was our first time staying at a Tru. The room was large with lots of space but there was only one rolling chair and no other chairs to sit on. The beds were platform beds so they were only so-so on comfort and my wife and I both woke up stiff. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but the tub was very slick and slippery. There was also no fan in the bathroom, so it fogged up completely and then drifted into the main room. The breakfast was decent. We were disappointed the laundry machines...
