“A nice house that easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and a dog. The property was clean and tidy, and about an 10 minute walk from the town.I would definitely recommend staying, communication was very quick and helpful. Thank you for a nice weekend”

“We had a wonderful holiday in Ryde. We were a 3 generational family and the Isle of Wight offered plenty of activities for all of us. The children particularly enjoyed Robin Hill and Tapnell Farm. The adults really appreciated lunch and cocktails at the Dell, just a short walk away from the house. The house is exceptionally large with well proportioned rooms and plenty of space for everyone. We were blessed with good weather and the pool really came into its own.”

“Beautiful and peaceful walks. Beaches short distance by car. The bungalow is set in a great position, fields at the front and part of the fort behind. Hosts were great they kept us informed of any changes, e.g early check in and late check out. They always responded promptly. Thank you Marina”

“A really lovely property, spacious, clean with sea views and had everything we needed. A couple of small glitches with the bathroom (one of which we were alerted to before we arrived). The other issue we had received a good response from the host. The parking area is not so easy to get out of (requires reversing onto the A road) but there is parking on the road. Overall would definitely recommend this property and host.”

“A lovely house, with private beach. plenty of space for 3 adult couples. Two beautiful large double rooms with views. 2 smaller double rooms on top floor, with bathroom and shower. Pull out bed was comfortable. Everything you could need was thought of. Thank you”

“Cliffhanger is a stunning period home in a fabulous location in Cowes. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Cowes. Parking is restricted but at the time of year we visited (Sept) we had no issues. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and the roof terrace has fabulous views. The kitchen is well equipped and there is no shortage of games etc in the lounge area if the weather closes in. Our host was charming and very helpful, going the extra mile for us when we had some last...

“We had a great holiday at The Brackens which suited us being a multi generational family. However the bedrooms upstairs were more suitable for children than adults due to the sloping ceilings. The garden and outside space was lovely with plenty of outdoor furniture. The kitchen was very well equipped & had everything we needed to cook family meals. The only negative for us was that the decor is becoming very ‘tired’ and could do with a refresh. All in all a great place to stay.”

“The house had a lot of positives. It is very well situated not only for the ferry but to get to other places on the island. There was one of the best welcome packs we have experienced. the house is very well equipped and has a lot of things you don't expect - e.g. dressing gowns and slippers as well as dishwasher and laundry tablets (but oddly enough no spare toilet rolls).
