“We have stayed at this location for a staycation almost yearly for the last 10 years. They have done a ton of renovations over the years and it looks very nice. Our gripe is that they are doing construction currently and we were placed in a room right next to construction. “Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time.
