“We loved the look of the property and the rooms. There was a lot of character in the rooms, decorated with furniture from the colonial time period, yet up to date in modern conveniences. We stayed in the king suite in the Chamberline House. It was like our own apartment. Restaurants on site were good and the breakfast provided by the bake shop was a nice treat. “Our room (202) was not cleaned well at all prior to our arrival. There was leftover food from the last guest in the microwave, the last guest left their gym shorts in a drawer and a blanket in the closet. The pullout couch didn’t have a sheet. The skirting for the bed was ripped as well. There was maybe 1 staff onsite. The breakfast option was cereal with maybe an 1/8th of a gallon of milk in a mini fridge. I would not recommend staying here.”

“Don't miss this lodge hidden in the green hillside near Sturbridge. Nice quiet location, and a neat 2nd storey veranda in Bldg 2 one can access from the upper lot to slow and and chill out. Very reasonable, and fairly priced Thank you.”

“Bed was too small smaller then frame has a 100 dollar deposit that they don’t mention when booked front staff was unhelpful barley has put let’s. Vending machine drinks were HOT.”

“we would never go back after being greeted by an AI kiosk in the registration. area to check in that was awful we asked to be checked in by a person. the desk person had zero idea about the area or any restaurants to recommend. he was clueless. the rooms were nice inside. the outside was old and shabby and cigarette butts but with lots of flowers. we would never go back.”

“very well clean room and friendly staff and good breakfast and parking is perfect but only things bed in room is too soft and discomfort to sleep and wish have firm mattress update in future smile”

“We requested a room with handicap access. What we got was anything but. The room was at the end of a very long hallway, a distance that was nearly impossible for the handicapped individual.”

“advertised continental breakfast when we went in there were two bananas one apple pre-packaged plain bagels and a couple of mini muffins. the room was dusty with con webs on tje light fixtures. the soap dish in the ahower was broken and still stuck to the shower walls,”
