“The elevator didn't work. I had a climb stairs to the third floor which hurt my knees. now they're charging a $100 for deposit. I've stayed there before, and I never was charged that befor and the guy said that they started doing that three weeks before.I started staying there that night.I will not be back though”

“I will never stay at another Hampton after this experience. You are told one thing and then they do another bc you booked with a third party. I have never been talked to the way the general manager (Ana) at this property communicated with me. The night manager was helpful but has no authority because what he told me the property manager refused to uphold Beds were also terrible and breakfast wasn't refilled at 8am when we went down. Worst hotel experience overall.”

“We felt like the hotel was pretty lackluster. The downstairs area was decorated and maintained well--the same can't be said for the guest rooms. The decor was quite dated and the Italian influence was heavy-handed. The bed and bedding were adequate, but not very comfortable. The strangest aspect was the louvered doors in the bathroom. It essentially left you no privacy if you were sharing the room. I feel like the hotel was aiming for an elegant and upscale feel that they did not attain.”

"L'hotel è in buona posizione. Ha una struttura particolare caratterizzata dall'accesso alle camere tramite ballatoi xhe si affacciano sull'interno dell'hotel. Ci hanno dato dei ticket per bevande alcoliche per il rinfresco gratuito pomeridiano. I soft drink sono gratuiti. La colazione è buona. Avevamo una camera al quinto piano. Funzionava un solo ascensore conseguentemente l'attesa era lunga. La camera aveva un sofa bed sul quale abbiamo dovuto mettere noi le lenzuola. In ultimo l'aria condizionata era altissima. Nonostante quella in camera fosse spenta, era davvero freddo."
