“Very nice unit. Nice kohler shower although water pressure so-so. Nice morning sunrise view of the lake. Little after hours noise as there was a bachelor party next unit over. The pool and fire pits were at a different section of the condo complex. Multiple repeat emails/notifications leading up to the stay. Definitely milking the cleaning and host fee for a 2 night stay.”

“Nice location”

“The location and the lake views are excellent, the room was clean, and had everything we needed. Only negative I can say, is that the building could use a little bit of TLC.”

“This was the perfect rental for an extended summer weekend in Pepin. The fenced in front yard was great for a quick pup bathroom break and the house itself was comfortable, clean, and worked really well for our small family, included the 4-legged kind. Great communication with the host also made the arrangements a breeze. Will definitely stay with you again!”

“Our family with two kids had a wonderful time!”

“Our host Jeff was highly responsive! The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. Amazing kitchen, plenty of utensils and cooking items, a grill, etc. SO many towels, blankets, plenty of paper products, etc. Instructions were very clear. We were right by the pool and playground. Plenty of toys, games and puzzles for the kids. Plenty of space for 10 people to have sit down meals. Lastly, the patio has lots of seating and a great view of the golf course with a protective net...

“Great place! Listing is accurate and location is nice-close to everything while being out of the congestion and main road. Highly recommend.”

“Good location, easy check in! The indoor pool was closed during our stay but we were notified in plenty of time and it was no big deal!”

“It was the perfect place to spend our evenings after a ball tournament weekend. So much so that we booked another of Chris’s condos at the same location to extend our stay and he went above and beyond to make the transition smooth while we were tied up at ballgames!”

“Great location and very spacious for a family of four. Beach was great and very close to DT Dells. Very quite as well. We will be back”
