“This property was perfect for what we needed! We were in LA for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It seems like the unit was newly constructed or renovated. Everything was perfectly clean - I felt like we were the first renters. Check in was easy and we were able to park two cars on the street each night. The location was on a nice street with easy access to several fast food restaurants close by. We were able to get to and from downtown in 15-20 minutes. Check out requirements...

“Overall, a wonderful experience. Great location and proximity to the harbor. Having a parking space was key! Though the pic shows the pool, I never saw it. I guess that's dependent upon the unit that is available at check-in. Suggestions to the owner:1. replace the 1" plastic mini-blinds which were in bad condition2. provide cleaning products for guests to use while there3. put placemats on glass dining table to prevent possible damage4. provide more towels/washcloths. “It was a great, central location and beautiful architecture and style. Definitely worth it for the price, there’s a nice view of the neighborhood and also even the Hollywood sign. There’s parking garages nearby a short walk nearby, but also some street parking if you don’t come back too late.”

“This listing is completely misleading!! After booking, I was given two different addresses. One to meet at a random parking lot and another for the actual unit, which was nearly 30 minutes away from the advertised location. (I didn’t notice the switcharoo until I had Ubered 40 min to the original location I booked!!) After traveling all day it was too late to find another place. I text the owner and was eventually ignored!! Part of the outrageous check in instructions said not to let the condo...

“I had a wonderful stay! The host was very communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. I loved the convenience of the keypad entrance, which made check-in super simple. The space was clean, cozy, and I especially enjoyed the fun pink walls in the entrance and hallways, they gave it such a cheerful vibe. “La proprietà è letteralmente sul mare, il rumore delle onde ed il colore dell'acqua sono le note costanti della vacanza. L'appartamento è un pó vintage ma dispone di tutto il necessario per un piacevole relax. Noi vi abbiamo trascorso due settimane fantastiche (il tempo è stato dalla nostra) alternando giornate di spiaggia, o nell'adiacente Carbon Beach e nella poco lontana Zuma Beach, ad incursioni nella vicina Los Angeles tra musei, architetture e shopping. "Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché vicino all’aeroporto e con shuttle bus gratuito: il servizio c è ma bisogna pazientare.La nostra camera era vicino all’ascensore per cui c era il disturbo del rumore. "Hôtel moderne au look luxueux. Chambre spacieuse avec déco minimaliste. Peignoirs à disposition, pratiques pour la piscine. Nous y sommes restés 5 nuits et le ménage est fait un jour sur deux. Petit hic quant aux papiers WC, j'ai toujours dû en demander à la réception car la femme de ménage n'en mettait jamais. Astuce pour la piscine, prenez l'ascenseur "Service elevator" et appuyer sur "R" (c"est l'étage de la piscine. Terrasse merveilleuse, grande piscine, chaises longues très confortables. Serviettes, crème solaire, crème après-solaire disponibles gratuitement. Hôtel très bien situé. Distances à pied : 5 minutes du métro "Hope, 5 minutes du Starbucks (cool pour le café du matin), 15 minutes de LA live, 20 minutes de Grand Central Market, du"

"Bell’hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. Con bel bar / ristorante. Servizio parcheggio a 60 dollari al giorno, proprio in zona trovi posti a 15 o 20 dollari, conviene non lasciare la macchina lì. Lato negativo, finestre non insonorizzate che davano proprio su un bar frequentato. Alle 2 di notte si sentivano schiamazzi delle persone che erano uscite per la chiusura. Insomma, non per chi ha il sonno leggero."
