“Pleasantly surprised by the apartment, the price was really affordable compared to other places so I didn't know what to expect but I was really happy with the place, super clean, modern appliances, way more spacious than I thought. The only cons were the neighbors, walls are pretty thin but by the time we were going to bed (10-11pm) it was super calm again and last parking could be a struggle, but I think we got pretty lucky and always managed to park super close like just 1 minute or 2 walking...

“This apartment worked out great for our purposes in LA. It was close to UCLA and Westwood. The fact that it was two bedrooms and had a cute kitchen, really helped us spread out and feel comfortable while there. Also, very thankful for the parking spot in the back of apartment vs street parking. The apartment was a little difficult to find, so it could be better marked, and the stairs were a little old and scary, but there's not much you could do about that. All in all, great value and comforable...

“Nice apartment. NOT IN BEVERLY HILLS. In Koreatown. Parking is a shared retail lot. Not a large one. If they fill up, which happens at night... no parking. Owner should respond quicker to renter queries.”

“Monika was a great host and was always accommodating. She communicated well and checked us in to ensure we were ready to go by answering all of our questions. The space is quaint but enough room where my spouse and I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool is very refreshing and the additional shared space is awesome to lounge in. It was not an issue but the air conditioner is a little loud and kept half the room cool. The fan provided did circulate the cool air around a bit. Off street...

“We came as an adult family group and the apartment was just perfect for that. Our stay was great. Plenty of room for everyone and the home was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood has everything you need within an easy walk. The beach and pier are a few blocks away. The businesses are very pet friendly and all of the business operators were outgoing and welcoming. Every restaurant we tried was good and there was something for everyone, even with our wide variety of dietary preferences....
