“This is a very nice hotel. I was a little worried because I prefer the chain hotels, but this was very nice. The pictures don't do it justice. I would stay here again. I didn't have much contact with staff other than checking in, but they were perfectly nice.”

“I loved everything about this place and hope to return. I did not have breakfast here, bc that's not an important ammenity for me. But every other thing i want in a hotel is here. Clean, dark windows, quiet, great layout, smelled good, great staff, great shower, amazing bed wth perfect pillows. Little bar for a night cap. Well lit large free parking lot. Fitness area. Fluffy towels. Late check out. Perfect. Thank you for the excellent service. ”

“The whole hotel is nasty. They have homeless people staying there. Dogs staying there. It stinks in there we did we checked in and we checked right out and lost our money because they wouldn’t refund us because we went to Expedia. Please do not book this hotel ever and Expedia needs to get it off of their website.”

“We got there to check in later in the evening after our event. When we checked in, it is then that we were informed that the pool was not operational, the hot tub had been permanently closed, and the elevator was not working and the only rooms left were on the 3rd floor and above. There was no compensation offered, no notice ahead of time to see if we wanted to cancel and find somewhere else to stay. If your hotel is non-operational, I feel that an email should have been sent to say whether...
