“Very quaint and clean with a perfect pub attached. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. A bit out of town but still a great location near a park and the river to walk. Train station in Glen Abbey is walkable. It was a bit chilly when we arrived but the room warmed up nicely”

“Apparentemente carino, perché hall e spazi comuni ristrutturati in stile marittimo. Camera orribile, davvero troppo datata, bagno con vasca e tendina, dopo la prima doccia, acqua dappertutto. Arredamento scadente, pulizia anche. Lo sconsiglio! Non ci tornerei neanche per una notte. Qualità prezzo: COSTOSO!”

“Booked "dog-friendly room" (it's handy to have that description in the room information when booking as otherwise I'd ring the hotel before booking to check if dogs are ok in room we're booking, so thanks for that). Note that £30pn is charged on top of room rate for a dog. It was a premium room, so had a lounge area with tv (Disney etc) & separate bedroom area. All very clean and comfy. Keiran was very welcoming on reception and offered to book us in for breakfast. We arrived late and no food...

“Le personnel très attentionné et la situation géographique tant pour visiter que pour la gare de train. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Le lit (matelas et oreiller) ont besoin d'être renouvelés. Pas de climatisation et un seul petit ventilateur. À cette période c'est OK mais je ne voudrais pas y séjourner l'été.”

“Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned.”

“I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, it took about 15 mins to get a cup of tea and cold coffee after we sat down and as much time to get breakfast, it wasn’t really busy either”

“Lovely warm welcome,having arrived on foot as we were walking around the island. Room newly and nicely decorated and very clean. Biscuits in room and coffee machine were nice extra touches. Excellent menu choice for breakfast . Evening meal choice also good and nicely cooked. We loved the sea view from the bedroom”
