“The hotel was nice, and staff were friendly. The breakfast and all day coffee were wonderful, but I was disappointed the hot tub was not available. My even bigger disappointment was the error by Expedia in selling and collecting my payment for a 2 bed spacious suite. When I got to the hotel, staff told me that that room was unavailable, so they gave me a one bed studio suite, which rented for far less than what I had paid Expedia for. When I asked the hotel manager for a refund of the price...
