“Really liked the breakfast buffet each morning. We were assigned the room labeled "handicap room" on the 4th floor. It was a lovely room and fine view. We had no idea how to lower or raise the blinds and had to call for help to do so. Help was very responsive, thank you. If I were handicapped and confined to a wheel chair, I don't think I could have gotten up on the bed! They are very high! “When we got there we were told that we couldn’t check in until 1pm, which was fine, We just went to the beach. Then I go back and I was told that it would be at 2 pm, so I then go back to the beach and return after 2pm and was told that because housekeeping was behind I could check in until 3 pm. I didn’t get into the room until after 3pm which was an entire day that I didn’t have access to the room but got charged for it. That’s unacceptable.”
